It's a mom and pop Cuban restaurant that has the best lechon I have ever tasted! Ana and the rest of the family give you a warm family feeling. It's not fancy but the food is amazing! We come from the south side of Chicago to eat here and we also have most of our parties catered. You won't be disappointed if you have a taste for good Puerto Rican and Cuban food.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! I feel it's soooo underrated. Their jibarito is definitely the best and a MUST try. Service is always attentive and kind. Also the owner is also awesome to his customers !

Heard from a family I must try this spot!!!! Took my Titi with me to try Pr and Cuban food. This spot is better than Ponce! Better than Jibaritos Y mas!! It felt like someone cooked at home with love!! I highly recommend the Congri and Jibarito!!! Yuka con mojo is to die for!!! Tried a lot today, worth it.
Mi Gente I found my new go to spot!! Try it for yourself!! Large portions, they aren’t expensive, worth the price! Dale!!!

I am still sitting in here. I’m so full I might never leave. But the food was SO GOOD!! I tried the tripleta, the foxito, the rice pudding, coconut flan, and I forget what it’s called but funnel cake chips with guava sauce. Everything was AMAZING. And Alberto took such good care of us, he was so friendly and kind and told us about all the other amazing things he makes and the catering options. I’m for sure coming back

Food was excellent and priced well. Tostanes with garlic are a reason to go alone. Staff was friendly and the sandwiches delicious.

We came here after church. It was literally a place we had passed by never tried and decided to try it out. MUST TRY. We ordered a little bit of everything. The lechón sandwhich was BOMB! But the real treat was chatting with the owner learning all about how she got here and sharing her version of pastelitos. We will be back!
