I came here with my friend who has Celiac disease. I don’t eat gluten free and I’m a huge pastry fan, so I was initially skeptical.

I tried the cream puff (choux pastry is notoriously difficult to perfect even with gluten) and it was virtually indistinguishable from a wheat flour cream puff. Seriously. I don’t know how they got the texture so perfect without gluten. It was by far the best gluten-free pastry I’ve ever had.
I recently attended a wedding where one of the dessert offerings was a gluten-free, vegan chocolate cake from this bakery. I was very skeptical at first glance but decided to try a slice. I was FLOORED. It was such a delicious cake - had the couple not specifically designated that this cake was gluten-free and vegan, I would have had no idea. Truly one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve had, I was tempted to hide the leftovers for myself!!
Dietary restrictions: I eat a gluten free and vegan diet. If my allergies magically disappeared, i would still come here and order the same treats. NO ONE makes better treats!!!!!!!!!!
