Nice cute place for a date. Awesome deserts, great environment. 10/10 delicious, definitely recommend coming during the week and not the weekend.
Dessert was đ„
Incredible concept and treats! Was hard to find from the street because it's located in another restaurant, but 10/10 on the dessert tacos.
Hate to do this, but the manager basically asked us to leave because our kids have nut allergies.
Weâve eaten here before and it was great. Really enjoyed the space and desserts.
Just disappointed that on a hot day she didnât want to serve us anything. Ive dealt with cross-contamination before, having had kids with allergies for years, I know the ropes. Just a little tough to be asked to leave in front of the kids where their allergies really arenât that uncommon or crazy.
Note - Server and Staff were great and brought us water as soon as we sat down.
Our server was very nice. It was very dark in there but I loved the vibe. The dessert was absolutely amazing.
the young girl at the front desk wearing a claw clip is very rude!
The âGo Shortyâ dessert (which is a play on strawberry shortcake) is delicious, itâs a light feeling dessert so you can definitely indulge in this & not feel badâŠI could have had another one because itâs not heavy and is tasty đ. FYI-You do have to eat it with a fork though or it will be messy on your face & hands because itâs too big to hold onto & bite, which isnât a bad thing. I cut up the waffle taco and shortbread cookies so I could easily scoop it all into bitesize portions. If youâre thinking about it def try it out, you wonât be disappointed.
Staff were helpful, wasn't packed when I went. The food was delicious
Had sâmores taco for desert and it was delicious!
Fun atmosphere for adults and kids. This was on my daughters bucket list for our quick Chicago stop. Service was not anything special but the âtacoâ was over the top.

Stumbled upon Dessert Dealer tucked inside Parlor Pizza at 405 N Dearborn St, and man, what a find! Their dessert tacos are next-level. I went for the "Go Nuts" tacoâpacked with Ferrero Rocher pieces, Nutella, and hazelnutsâit was a flavor bomb. At $12 a pop, it's hefty enough to share, but honestly, you might not want to. The spot's got this cool, hidden vibe, perfect for satisfying late-night sweet cravings. If you're around River North and got a sweet tooth, this is a must-visit.
The fried ice cream so goooddddâŠ..
I thought I canât find a good place dessert in here. Thanks to dessert dealer â€ïž
Dessert Dealer is the place to hit up when you're craving something sweet! I went in for their signature cheesecake and a scoop of their house-made ice cream â both were fire. The cheesecake was rich and creamy, and the ice cream? Pure perfection, with just the right balance of sweetness. The vibe is chill and cozy, and the staff is super friendly. Ended up spending about $15 for both, which felt like a total steal for the quality. If youâve got a sweet tooth, this spot should definitely be on your radar!
Really good!
It's a little hidden, but we'll worth the hunt, one of Chicago's hidden gems for sure.
