Devil Dawgs on State was a nice treat. Employees are a little loud in their conversations but overall a quiet place for hanging out and getting a quick bite. We got the classic hotdog (boring!) & the bacon cheddar dog. Plus, onion rings & tater tots, Joe’s peach tea and a strawberry milkshake. Tater tots and the onion rings were very crispy! Stopped at Devil Dawgs and grabbed a corn dog with fries. Total was about $16 with tip, which feels reasonable for the city. The spice level was dialed in just right and the flavors were bold without being over the top—exactly what you want from a place like this. Fries were solid and well-seasoned.

Vegan hotdog js available for pretty much any style but don't order anything fried! Everything is fried in beef tallow. The dawg is good but points off for the beef tallow fries.
