This place USED to be the place to get great Italian flavor neighborhood Chicago pizza.
Now there’s a new owner the pizza is dry NO Sauce on their pizza? like who does’nt understand pizza has sauce on it.
Sad the place has new owners.. if the dry pizza is the new way they cook. I can no longer support this “ Pizza restaurant” ? after 15 years of being a Loyal customer.

Used to love Divitas! It was our go to pizzeria in the community. However, not sure if they are under new management. The following is my experience with this establishment. About three weeks ago, I made an order in which I specified my ingredients and how I wanted my food made. We were prompted with an estimated 45 mins for delivery. The pizza arrived almost an hour and a half late, the pizza was made as "supreme" completely different to what I specified. When I called the establishment, the lady taking orders was extremely rude and not professional as her tone of voice was hostile and elevated, "was she really yelling at us through the phone?". Asking us to send them a picture of the pizza, where you can visibly see their mistake. She continued to say, "yes, the gentleman who took your order input the order as supreme, but told the cook how you wanted your pizza, so there is no way your pizza is wrong" even after sending them proof of their mistake. Never again will I support this establishment moving forward.

It was my family and I’s first time here and we loved the food. We had the lasagna and the Italian sausage. Obviously we tried the pizza everything was delicious. We will for sure be back soon

I placed an order and it arrived an hour late. When I called the restaurant the person on the phone never apologized for the delay and would not call the driver to see what was taking so long. When my pizza finally arrived it was cold and the crust tasted stale. Never again!

We attempted to order from this place, and despite it taking in our order, and our payment, we waited for the delivery for an absurd amount of time. When we called to ask about the status, they said that the order was not processed because we werent in the delivery radius, and that someone should have gotten back to us to cancel. First, no one did. And their website showed us in the
Not only that but the photo from their own delivery system shows a wide radius. this means that a) they were too inept to set a delivery zone correctly, or b) they were outright lying to us because they forgot our order. I don't know which one is worse, to be honest
