We loved this place, from the name to the service. They menu offered something for everyone and we had a terrific lunch prior to catching the train. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Chicago. I loved the Bears and Ditka in particular when I was growing up, so of course we had to come here when we were in Chicago for my birthday. The decor, food, and service were all excellent, in fact, we returned for a second visit before we went home. Can't wait to go back the next time we are in town.
We popped in here on a cold night We were greeted by James who brought us though the menu got us a few beers The food arrived exactly as expected We left happy / full and surprised how reasonable the bill was
I've been coming to Chicago for about 30 years and have never had a bad meal. Two nights ago I went with five other people. Three of us got steaks that were inedible, tough, chewy and I seriously could not cut it with a steak knife. Beware. There are so many great steak houses in Chicago, go try them.
Been here a couple of times as it is adjacent to the hotel I stay at in Chicago. Pretty expensive but that is true for most restaurants in the area. Food and service is excellent
Good atmosphere, professional staff and good food. Not cheap at all but at least the portions leave you taking some home. Ambiance great, servers knowledgeable and a good feel for the city life.
Great food. Coach's pot roast nachos is a must. Had the prime rib, which was cooked perfect. Atmosphere is great, lots of cool memorabilia. Highly recommend.
Went during restaurant week and we got a great deal. The food here is excellent and they don't skimp on the portions. Raul was our server and he did a great job. A++++++
I ate here during Restaurant Week. You could eat from either the special menu or the full menu. The special menu was a 4-course meal, a fantastic price, and the food was outstanding! Same items on both menus, so either option would have been a winning choice. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive, and I would recommend this place to anyone (foodies and Ditka fans alike). Don't miss the salmon or the chocolate cake!
This place is so good! We stopped here after our time at the magic castle! They had a pitcher of sangria on a happy hour which was tasty. However, it seemed like most of the pitcher was filled with fruit.
We all had steak and it was the best steak we have ever had! Cooked to perfection! The service was also top-notch. I would suggest you make reservations. Do plan to spend quite a few $$$ if you go here.

Accommodating for any kind of crowd. Fancy or casual. Ample room for big parties, yet good corners for more date like settings. Awesome bear decor. Live piano playing and kids menu. Consider their 5 course specials good deal if you want the works

Always amazing! Service is the best! Food is second to none. I can't say enough good about Ditka's! And they brought back blueberry cheesecake, which is the best cheesecake ever!
We visit Chicago regularly and always have lunch at Ditka’s. The crab bisque is creamy and delicious! Besides a cup of the bisque, today my husband ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and I had the Gold Coast Chicken salad. Both were fresh and absolutely yummy!!
Amazing food quality and service quality. Price is stiff, but quality is top flight. Delicious and spotlessly clean. Server made us feel special.
