It’s almost impossible to mess up a chili cheese dog, but this place somehow managed to do just that. They need to chill with the sweet Hawaiian rolls.

The food is good. But the management & owner sucks. The owner/manager is very rude and not customer friendly! The staff personally has nothing do with it, they just follow orders from the owner. You can notice that by the staff changing probably every few weeks! WORST OWNER/MANAGER EVER!

We stopped here last night before heading home. I had the So Cali hot dog and got the chili and coleslaw fries and mini corn dog to share. After eating I started to not feel well, by the time we got to the train my stomach felt like it was on fire.
When I got home I was so uncomfortable and have been sick all day. The hotdogs tasted strange but we thought it was just their way of doing things. Now I think they were bad.
0-10 do not recommend unless you want to get sick.

Dog Haus Kitchen: Fresh, Flavorful, and Open Late!
I recently ordered takeout from Dog Haus Kitchen, and it was an amazing experience! The food quality is outstanding—everything is cooked to order, ensuring it’s fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. They also cater to different dietary preferences, including vegetarians, which is a huge plus.
My favorite menu item is the Impossible Burger—it’s flavorful, satisfying, and easily one of the best veggie burgers I’ve had. However, keep in mind that fries are sold separately. For example, I spent $40 on two Impossible Burgers and two orders of fries. The quality makes it worth it, but it's something to note when planning your meal.
One highlight is their incredible secret sauce—it’s bursting with flavor and pairs perfectly with everything on the menu. Alongside burgers, they offer a fantastic selection of hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and breakfast burritos. Families will appreciate their kids' menu, and adults can enjoy a variety of craft beers and cocktails.
Dog Haus Kitchen also stands out for its convenience. They’re open until 2 a.m., making it a perfect option for late-night cravings. My takeout order was well-packaged, fresh, and just as good as dining in.
If you’re looking for high-quality, flavorful food with a menu that caters to everyone, Dog Haus Kitchen is a must-try. Just don’t forget to add those fries—you won’t regret it!

Being my first time at this establishment turned into a great experience. I went to the smaller part of the place and the staff that served my boyfriend and I was very friendly. They were genuinely happy to have first time customers and even gave recommendations. The hot dogs that we got were super delicious and we are definitely planning to go back before our vacation is over. The staff that interacted with us was amazing and so was the food so I would highly recommend.

10/28/24 10:15pm, my daughter was so excited to bring us here. We ordered a variety of food and choose just water for our drinks since it was so late. As I was walking back with 3 of our 5 waters, a very rude man who apparently works here grabbed one of my cups right out of my hands, said it was the wrong cup (because it had bubbles in the water) and dumped it out. Saying it had to be paid for. At the soda machine there are two very small gray buttons that looked like water, one is apparently soda water so be very careful otherwise you’ll get your cup snatched right out of your hands. Because of this, we won’t be back. Could have been handled with a little more grace.

Doesn’t allow to use restroom to food delivery partners, which is very disrespectful

I visited this establishment on a Thursday during their advertised happy hour, which according to their website for this location, runs from 3pm to 6pm Monday through Friday. Upon arriving at 3:30pm, I noticed there was no bartender present. After waiting for some time, a bartender still did not appear.
The Latina cashier who took our order was extremely pleasant and provided great service. However, I had a less positive interaction with the other cashier, a Caucasian woman with short hair. When I mentioned to her that the happy hour specials were listed on their website, she responded in an impolite manner, saying "must not be here then."
In terms of the food, I found the bratwurst to be quite mediocre. Based on the subpar service, lacking happy hour availability, and disappointing food quality, I do not plan to return to this establishment. I also feel obligated to share my unsatisfactory experience with others to caution them about patronizing this place.
