I got the triple burger, it was a little pricey for the size but it was good. They could've put some napkins and ketchup in the bag though. The best part about this place is the atmosphere, it's clean and they have good music.

Got a hot dog on my lunch break. It took about 30 minutes for me to get my OVERPRICED hot dog, and took my whole lunch break.
When I arrived at the location, there was no line to be seen. The cashier did not acknowledge my arrival but saw come in and turned his back towards me and ignored the whole establishment for about 10-15 minutes before he even took my order. When he started to take my order, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the wait. Once I placed my order, it took another 15-20 minutes for me to receive my one (1) hot dog, The Cowboy. I will also note that the kitchen seemed relatively well-staffed. I wanted to try the fries but upon waiting so long for my order to be even taken, I reluctantly decided I needed to simplify my meal if I didn't want my lunch to last longer.
Overall, the Cowboy hot dog was average as ever for the price, average even compared to a $5 hot dog. The place left a lot to be desired. The staff was unprofessional and slow. Hopefully you train your staff better.

The burritos are wonderful and they have breakfast all day. This place packs these tortilla bombs full of goodness and you shouldn't miss out.
Go for that egg bacon avocado cheese hash brown sauce jalapeño one and it might just change your life.
Street parking will work or just walk over. Good places up and down the street. Just behind the baseball and soccer fields at UIC.
The food is absolutely amazing and the guy who rung me up was super helpful

Overall 3 stars....food wasn't anything special...you can go to Jim's for a lot less money that's nearby.... everything pictured was over $20...not worth it ..they also don't take cash when every business in the area does ...weirdos....the portions here suck for the money u pay

I just got back from a Bears game and wanted to show my 7 yr old where I used to live and work (University vIllage) and wanted to get a bite to eat. (I used to be a regular at Caribou Coffee here...fond memories...but I digress) but the Bter Burger was incredible, the fries were crispy perfection and the chicken tenders were perfectly seasoned. I am truly floored by the quality. Makaela was very kind and brought our food to our table. I would recommend this place and hope to see this restaurant succeed as it is sad to see so many favorites not here anymore.

I had the haus burrito (breakfast burrito) and it was salty and tasted like most of the ingredients were burnt, I couldn’t eat it, I finished almost half of it (after removing the tater tots) and still couldn’t finish it, I had to put the whole Cholula sauce they gave me to try to hide the taste of burnt food, but with no success. The place looks nice and the girl working at the front desk was nice and attentive, it’s just that the food was really, really bad

Employees were great, food was ready for pickup on time. Hot Dog was good, however the bratwurst was not very flavorful and had quite a bit of bristle which made it unappealing. Had high hopes for this place but most likely will not eat here again.
