Terribly run business. We ordered 21 boxes of pizza online on 11/29 for an event on 12/1. The pizza was ordered for delivery at 11am since we needed the pizza by 11:30 we figured to give them some breathing room. By 11:15 no pizza was delivered.
I personally called and was on hold for 10 min. Our intern called and was on hold for 20 min. The prompt kept saying that they are busy and someone will answer our call shortly. By 11:45 I drive to this location physically and...read full review
Order a pizza, sandwich,and HOT wings . The wings were plain no sauce what so ever . They were very rude I went in for a pick up . Next time I’ll check all my things at the store . Worst experience I have ever had .
Nothing like ordering pizza at 130am from a Domino's Pizza .69 miles away... it shows leaving the store at 150am and at 2:20am it's still not here but the pizza tracker shows as delivered.... nope literally stood at the window waiting.... I guess I don't need food tonight Domino's Pizza (1234 S Canal St, Chicago) very unhappy that apparently your driver stole our dinner while at a job! Not cool!! Now my guys don't get dinner and I even paid for it that's straight up theft!
