I called 20 minutes before I arrived and was told there would be no wait for a party of 2. It took an entire hour to seat us because nobody would come by the front to seat people. It wasn't even busy. Really frustrating experience.
Ordered a classic chicken wrap with wedges for takeout. The gentleman helping was super nice and friendly, although charged me $0.67 for a side order of sauce. No biggie! I got home (about a 5 min drive) and the boneless chicken wings used in the wrap were stale and hard - almost like they were over cooked and just sitting in the kitchen. I was seated within ten minutes and waited 20 min for my drinks, 35 min for my food to be ordered. The drinks were Delicious. I ordered another one, waited 40 min. I was ready for the bill and carry out. I saw my waitor twice and the manager was willing to not charge me for a drink that I declined because I'd been there 1hr.45min, I seen a whole couple served and out of there and sitting there like I'm waiting for a camera crew.
