Worse dine in experience,food was great, server was great but had a problem with the check and when I asked to speak to the manager he was very unprofessional,rude,raised his voice at me in front of my children and other customers. He was a middle aged Latin American I was so upset and embarrassed by his actions I didn't get his name. But definitely the worse unprofessional experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I will definitely not return. I have worked in customer service and management for a long time ge definitely need to be re trained if not fired for causing that scene in front of my family. It was a $10 dollar mistake that could have been handled differently. Extremely upset with that location for having such an unprofessional person as management.

Worst dine in. There was to many staff not to help this poor waiter. You have 1-2 ppl at the entrance one at the register on the side 1 waiter on a busy Sunday. Tables wobble and dirty. No plates given. Wings butter garlic felt like I was eating a layer of lard. Fries cold. Second time my order was hot!

This is the worst place to eat and and have a good time with friends we had to wait almost 3 hours to get a table the service was bad the food was the worst burgers and wings that I never had on my life burger were extremely salty and gresse I would never recommend this place and I will never coming back!

Either hire more staff or have the staff present work. Both times that I've been here I had to wait a ridiculous time just to get a drink. Also, I've never heard of a bar rail be on "hold" as in they couldn't sit anyone for whatever reason even though there was seats open.

This is my 3rd time coming here. I would have thought the wings would have been better. So I was giving them another chance. But every time. My wings comes out over cooked & hard. Never again. Waste of money.. the waitress was nice enough to bring me a new batch of wings. And those wings also was hard as well. I will never be coming here again.

Good food and beer. Very attentive waiter. I would come again. Having dinner in a relaxed atmosphere is what I like.
I was seated within ten minutes and waited 20 min for my drinks, 35 min for my food to be ordered. The drinks were Delicious. I ordered another one, waited 40 min. I was ready for the bill and carry out. I saw my waitor twice and the manager was willing to not charge me for a drink that I declined because I'd been there 1hr.45min, I seen a whole couple served and out of there and sitting there like I'm waiting for a camera crew.

I called 20 minutes before I arrived and was told there would be no wait for a party of 2. It took an entire hour to seat us because nobody would come by the front to seat people. It wasn't even busy. Really frustrating experience.

Ordered a classic chicken wrap with wedges for takeout. The gentleman helping was super nice and friendly, although charged me $0.67 for a side order of sauce. No biggie! I got home (about a 5 min drive) and the boneless chicken wings used in the wrap were stale and hard - almost like they were over cooked and just sitting in the kitchen. The wedges were also cold and stale! I tried to air fry the wedges but no go! I wouldn't stop by here and order food again. Absolutely horrendous!

Managers a joke, workers are even worse. Do yourself a favor and drive a little longer to go up north. Won’t be long before this place is closed
