The food at this location is great, but the customer service from the black woman with the dread locks in her hair was not great. The other black lady was kind. The one with the dreads appears to think that being kind and understanding is above her for some odd reason, and honestly that really sucks for her. Okay... so I ordered a bowl of chicken pot pie soup with extra pie crust && when I started to eat, THE EXTRA PIE CRUST WAS ON THE BOTTOM... whoever did that, thank you. It made my heart all warm and fuzzy
Potbelly is like a better version of Subway. I split a Big Italian sandwich on white bread with my partner and we were both full. It comes out to $14 after tax which isn't too bad for two people. The server was nice although I was a bit confused on how to order since I was used to the subway/chipotle style service where you see the ingredients.
