The Panera down in the South Loop is my favorite place when I need to get some work done and grab a quick lunch. Went in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was busy but the line moved really fast. Got the pick two combo with broccoli cheddar soup and a turkey bacon bravo sandwich. The soup was hot and the baguette on the side was super fresh. Found a quiet table by the window and the wifi actually worked great. The workers were super friendly.
We finally managed to snag a table despite the rain and after-work rush. It was surprisingly easy to find seating, and the food was good. A reliable stop for a quick bite when you need something familiar.
