Horrible- i ordered pickup at 11:45 and I didn’t receive my food until 12:38. I informed them and they saw me standing and waiting for 20 minutes and didn’t offer any info or apology on what happened with my order.

When I order a salad I'm looking for greens, not whites. My Southwest saladd today was full of white stalks hardly any green part of the lettuce at all. From my experience this is a trend. The quality continues to get worse and worse with this place, plus it took me a good 20 minutes from the time I got in line to order to the time I actually received my salad. I need something a little quicker than that at lunch time. I'm not coming back any time soon!

This place is terrible for customer service. Person at the counter saw us but ignored us. I asked a cup for water and feels like they don't do it. I go to Panera in La Canada in Los Angeles all the time and realized how different te service is there and here in Chicago.

The place attracts a lot of strange people (homeless) and it's at the main entrance to a bigger mall so it's very busy. This is not a good Panera to study at or stay for an extended period, although there are plenty of seats inside.

Hard to find. In the back of Whole Foods.Medium quality, it's not what it's used to be.Made a mistake in my order, had to wait for 15 min extra.
DO NOT ORDER SOUP FROM THIS LOCATION! I ordered a BROCCOLI & CHEDDAR soup 8:24PM FRIDAY 1/19 and what I received was absolutely ridiculous! Absolutely no liquid in the soup, just a creamy consistency of Mac and cheese. Didn't notice it until I got all the way home. This panera bread location doesn't know what a soup is, shame!!!TRIED CONTACTING THE LOCATION TO TRY AND REMEDY THE SITUATION - THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER!!!

I was at the monitor ordering, when I unable to add my third item, I ask the cashier to assist with my order.She did not help…….then the manager came took all the items I was purchasing….I explained I have been here in person trying to order…..She sorry this in our system and walk away……Rude!!!!!!

We enjoyed our breakfast at this Panera establishment after a long trip on greyhound. It was a nice place to warm ourselves as the greyhound station did not have operational heating.

Missing a lot of the details that make a pick up order right - tomato soup with no croutons, full sandwich not cut, no spoon given with soup, missing the baguette side. Disappointing for the increasing costs.
