Dunkin' is a popular restaurant known for its friendly and efficient service. The staff is described as SUPER friendly and warm, with the ladies at the counter being particularly nice and quick in preparing orders. They are praised for accurately fulfilling orders, especially decaf drinks. The tea is mentioned as being very good, hot, and sweet. The donuts are noted for being fresh, and their Oreo shake is highly recommended. The location is convenient, although parking can be challenging when busy. The restaurant maintains a clean environment with soothing music in the background. Despite some concerns raised about management, the attentive staff generally manage situations well.
