When an ice cream is too frozen they just pick whatever other flavor is “similar” instead of just being upfront and asking if we wanted another flavor or a refund. It’s always an inconsistent experience at this location. Gave 2 stars because the guy working there was nice about remaking one of the shakes.
Rude and unresponsive
Came at 10:42pm claims that the machines are down couldn’t get a cappuccino blast was told they only have scoops like what’s the point of 24hrs

The location is always clean and the staff is professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. They offer a variety of ice cream flavors and can make customized drinks, such as an Xtra Large, Xtra Oatmilk, Two Shots of Carmel Syrup coffee. While the price of donuts is a bit high, they do offer coupons. The young cashier, possibly named Abraham or Muhammad, is friendly and helpful.
