I was craving a banana split and thought i would stop into Baskin Robins. I went to one location and they said they didn't have any toppings. So they suggested I go to the location on Wabash so that's what I did. Well....I went and it was my first time there. I really don't want to go back. We wanted to stay local so we visited this B&R. When we got there two people were waiting, apparently they had been waiting for service for 20 minutes. They left and we thought that someone would eventually come out and take our order, nope! We waited 15 minutes for someone to come out and that person never came out. This happened today 12/31/22 at 5ish...

It's just irritating...... made an order to a polite young lady....... 3X she asked again and again what it was that I wanted and how to prepare it!!!! I get back to the hotel and it's wrong!!!!!! Service just is terrible
