Service at this location is spotty. They have updated the interior, which is helpful, but service often remains slowInterestingly enough they have started carrying my favorite donut which many locations do not
Ordered half a dozen donuts and they somehow messed up all but two of them. Place was a mess. Employees could have paid more attention to the orders rather than talking to solicitors. The coffee was fine, at least.

I went to Dunkin today on 3/28/2024 at 3:300pm and another previous day and the cashier Jose was very polite and had the best customer service. I was having a terrible day and he gave me something to smile about!!! I recommend! God bless
