I went to Dunkin today on 3/28/2024 at 3:300pm and another previous day and the cashier Jose was very polite and had the best customer service. I was having a terrible day and he gave me something to smile about!!! I recommend! God bless

Online and in the store front it says open 24 hours- did a 10 minute drive to get there at 9:50pm and they told me they were closed. They need to update their hours.

Wrong food made slowly. The people working there didn't know what a sweet 'n low was. Taught worker that those little pink packets behind him on the counter is "sweet 'n low". And the coffee is horrible here, been to way too many dunkins in my life. Either bad water or someone doesn't follow the Dunkin directions.
You get what you pay for, and this coffee was only $2. It was too watery for my liking, but satiated my caffeine itch.

Homeless Dope Fiends Live Out Front, its Ridiculous they Smell is Horrible, they get High and Nod Out..They Hold Court Outside Dunkin Donuts Doors ,something needs to be Done,its Keeping Customers Away, seeing them and Trash as Soon as you get Close ,is Not Attractive....

If you go to this Dunkin, I strongly advise you only do order pick up from the app. The cashiers are specifically trained to break up your orders because the “system will only take 5 items” in order to charge you a higher price by avoiding promotions such as the $1/$2/$3 items with coffee purchase. They also void out any free items you redeem and pretend that their suddenly “isn’t working”
