Just moved to the area and I took my gf and dog to get ice screamed. Robert was super helpful, patient and hospitable. It’s hard to get great service at places like these, especially late at night.
We’ll definitely come back and hope he’s there.

Came to the Baskin-Robbins at 600 S. Wabash Ave. in Chicago late at night after a long flight I got hooked up by Darnell, who gave me a nice big scoop of ice cream. Very friendly good conversation and incredible service. Best Baskin Robbins in the country. Thank you Darnell.

Baskin-Robbins at 600 S. Wabash Ave. in Chicago offers incredible service with friendly staff, like Darnell, who provides big scoops of ice cream. The evening staff is patient and helpful, giving recommendations for flavors. Although the store may close, they still offer ice cream from the freezer. A great place to visit for tasty treats and good service.
