This Chick-fil-A is exactly what you would expect, and that is a good thing. Chick-fil-A has a high standard across the board, and this location definitely lives up to it.
The food is consistently good, the service is friendly, and they keep things moving even when it gets busy. That level of consistency is one of the reasons I keep coming back.

Overall good service but during pick up sometimes they forget my instructions on how I want my chocolate shake with extra cherries. Customer service is great. There was one time the chocolate milkshake wasn’t how it normally comes out like something was wrong with the machine very chocolate forward and not the normal chocolate ice cream milkshake taste and the cup was covered in chocolate on the outside. (Sent it back immediately for a refund). Drive through service is great!

Chick-fil-A South Loop offers awesome food and top-notch customer service. The staff is always super friendly, and even the manager takes the time to check on customers. Ms. E is amazing and welcomes you personally, making you feel you are visiting friends. This place is clean and the service is top notch. The food is always served right and it is clear employees enjoy working there. With great conversation and a welcoming environment, this location might just become someone’s favorite Chick-fil-A home. The chicken sandwiches are always good, making it a spot worth returning to.
