Terrible service, it took over an hour for my food to be delivered. The estimated delivery time was 18-36 mins, not to mention the store is 5 mins away by car. To make matters worst my food was cold when it arrived.

Food was delivered like it was dropped on the ground or something. I filed on complaint on the way the food was delivered. The pizza was all slid down to one side if the pizza box with upside-down pieces. I ain't gonna lie, that pissed me off especially leaving a decent tip for a short trip. Be upfront to your customers if you drop their food or whatever the case may be. It's not okay to deliver it mangled up.

They are so disgusting I orders online and came to pick up I saw people using thier phones and other stuff and putting their heads and making food they even do not wear gloves I asked him why he said yes we don’t was so bad and dirty will never go there again

Worse service I ordered from i place a mobile order for my pizza to be cut in square and they cut it in triangle which I told them to cut my pizza in square
I ordered from here through Uber Eats. My pizzas never arrived. After some research, I discovered they were delivered to another neighbor. Anyway, I received my pizzas from them. Also, one of the pizzas was burnt and had a detergent-like smell.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Marcus M. At the front desk was incredibly disrespectful, unapologetic, and unable to help us understand why our order (which had already been prepared according to Marcus) was cancelled by the store.
He said that while they had already prepared it and were ready to deliver, the driver didn't like that it was a 15 minute drive and decided to cancel it. Apparently they are only fulfilling delivery orders under 5 minutes. SINCE WHEN DO PIZZA SHOPS DECIDE WHEN AND WHERE THEY WANT TO DELIVER, let alone AFTER preparing the food.
Marcus hung up on me twice, the first time I genuinely thought we had lost connection so I called back and he made it clear he hung up on purpose.
0 thanks for the help, and for cancelling an order (35 minutes after it was ordered) because the delivery address wasn't intriguing enough!

Customer service was TERRIBLE. I spoke with Marcus M and he was not helpful at all. My order was canceled 30 minutes into it being prepared because the driver did not want to deliver to our location.
