Whatever you do, DO NOT order from this store. I just ordered delivery and this is how my pizza was delivered (see pictures). I called the store and asked to speak with a manager and I got the night manager. I told him what was happening and he told me to send a picture for proof to a number he provided. When he received the picture, he LITERALLY laughed on the phone. I told him to refund me my money, he did and when I asked him for the general manager’s information to file a complaint, he was begging me not to file a complaint. He also gave me a hard time about it and started giving me very unclear instructions and started acting incompetent. He said the general manager’s name is Louisa and that’s all I got.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDThis location is a disgrace to the Domino's name.I ordered pizza late Sunday night. Both pizzas were made incorrectly and drenched in garlic butter that I was not given the option to avoid. The "butter" which is in fact butter flavored oil covered the bottom of the pizzas. It was so greasy it made both my sons and me feel ill after trying a portion of one slice each.Further, the first of the two pizzas was supposed to have sausage and mushrooms, it only had sausage. The second was to be a pizza with double ham. It only had 2 - 3 small thin triangular pieces of ham per slice.According to the shift supervisor, the woman who took the order failed to put in double ham, so I was charged for one portion. Therefore in his opinion that was fine because I was "only charged for one portion of ham". Who cares that it wasn't what I ordered. I asked him to check the call recording as all their calls are recorded. He then asked me to text him pictures of the pizza. I guess he didn't believe me that they were made improperly. I obliged. When he saw for himself that in fact the pizza was missing mushrooms and the other was a pathetic excuse for a double ham pizza, he said that he would speak with his manager and call me back. That call took place first thing in the morning as the order was delivered at close to 1am even though the order was placed over an hour earlier.Sadly that doesn't end the story. Not only did the shift supervisor fail for over 8 hours to call me back after purportedly speaking to his manager, when I called to follow up at 8:30 pm the next night, I was told they would do nothing as it wasn't the entire order in their opinion that was made incorrectly. I was then hung up on as I tried to explain that that was not acceptable.Giving them the benefit of the doubt I called back thinking that it must have been a mistake.This time, the shift supervisor asked if I still had the pizzas. He seemed surprised when I said yes. I am traveling from Canada and at a hotel. (So luckily they weren't thrown out by housekeeping as I had the do not disturb on the door.) The supervisor advised that he would then send a driver to come pick up the pizzas and only once the driver picked up the pizzas would he refund them. I waited til 10:30 for this phantom driver who never showed up. Leaving aside how inappropriate that suggestion even was in the first place.I called back again at 10:30 pm. This time a new man answered the phone. He had no idea what I was talking about, then put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back thinking maybe he forgot about me on the line. He did not. He simply had no idea what I was saying, (his words, not mine), so he put me on hold. When I asked for the franchise owner's information instead I was hung up on again.AVOID THIS DOMINO'S, THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE BRAND****Update even head office instructed this owner to contact me and to date, not one attempt has been made to make this right.*****

My family ordered from this store as we have always been loyal Domino's Pizza customers. If this had been our first experience that would certainly have been our only one. The food was drenched in oil. It made us all sick immediately and the worst part was the way we were treated when we tried to get them to remake the order that they made incorrectly in the first place. RUDE doesn't begin to describe the staff at this location.They should be shut down by Domino's head office. Locations like this are what give Domino's a bad name!!!!

If I could give this place 000 stars ? I WOULD! I OREDER 2 PIZZAS, WHEN I GOT HOME 1 PIZZA WAS OLD AND I TOOL IT BACK. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY AND THEY THREW MY RECEIPT AWAY, THE AFICANS SPOKE IN THEIR LANGUAGE PLUS THEY WERE VERY RUDE. THE DELIVERY DRIVER OR OWNER WITH WHITE HAIR & GLASSES WAS STANDING IN THE PREP AREA COUGHING . HE WALK TOWARDS THE BACK WITH A WORKER ( WHO IS AFRICAN) AND DUG IN THE BOWL OF A CUSTOMER'S CHICKEN, PULLED A PIECE OUT AND ATE IT WHILE STANDING ON THE FLOOR. I ASK FOR MY RECEIPT APOND AND THE GUY WANTED TO DIG IN THE GARBAGE TO GIVE ME AND I SAID NO, I WANT A FRESH COPY. THE WHOLE TIME THEY WERE RUDE AND UNAPOLOGITED , I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, THIS WAS MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION AND I HOPE OTHER LOCATIONS HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. CORPORATE NEEDS TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THIS LOCATION.

Obsessed with Dreams

Pizza itself is good but the way they making it it’s just sad, hands without gloves all covered in ingredients they touched my box then took the money and then back to cooking without washing them handsUnsanitary conditions, I really hope they can fix it because pizza is actually good.

Extremely greedy and getting worse! They charge a $7 delivery fee, which is not a tip to the driver, and now they won’t even accept any order less than $16. For such mediocre food that was intended to be fast and cheap, they’re really pushing their limits.

Absolutely awful service. The pizza box arrived wet and it wasn’t even a rainy day. There were dirty finger prints all over the box. The delivery person seems to have eaten the cheesy bread I ordered. Never again. Would give it a zero if that was possible

I read the other reviews but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and I am so glad I did! The food was scheduled for delivery at 3pm and arrived at 3:05. The driver named Arthur was nice and courteous. It was made fresh and arrived warm. I also had a salad that was prepacked and it looks good! I will order again from here ?

Be aware. Terrible pizza. People working there absolutely do not care about your order. Our pizza was delivered old. Probably made yesterday or earlier today at most.
