I called for delievery and the place was located in forest park but machine the AI did not recognize my address and made my order but when I call to conform delievery the lady on phone advised me they don't deliever to Chicago. I thanked her and cancelled the order.

The reason why I have 4 stars is because I wasn't greeted when I came in but others were greeted. The delivery man came to me and asked if I were ready to order or pick up. But the food was great and I love the way the man kept washing his hands. Thanks

The absolute worst dominos ever, i've ordered from them 4 times even spoke with the Manager promising they will make things right every time and they never do. I have had one successful order that was edible somewhat and they forgot 3 items. I refuse to order from them ever again. Twice they didnt even deliver the food. claimed one time next day they left it outside of the apartment building entrance but didnt call or notify. The other time the delivery guy went to the wrong building. the 3rd i had to come down to get it because the delivery guy didnt know what # sound was to dial and argued with me on the phone say he was pressing it until i had to show him what it was.

Seems like this location has improved lately. No issues with food or carry out pickup, at least when ordering specialty pizzas with no modifications.

I ordered 4 large pizzas one gluten free, when arrived the told that gluten free is on small pizzas! They didn’t cancel my large pizza and charged me 20$ for a small pizza. I will never go to this location again, or even order from dominos again.
The manager Tory and delivery driver Rehan were the best handling an unfortunate stolen pizza incident! Even though our pizza had to be redelivered, I’m sure it was hot both times. ?

This Domino's Pizza location is huge the Managers are great ? and the drivers are Super cool especially Sterling which was positive and polite, might be a new driver, hopefully you'll meet him. This Domino's gets 6 Stars

Why do these drivers call you ten minutes before they are at your door,...then no one shows up, but they have marked the food delivered,..... if the store manager wants to believe the drivers lies, its fine,... but i will not be believing them....
