I ordered delivery and wrote in the delivery instructions to hand me the pizza personally. The order was marked complete on the tracker, so I went outside to find it but the pizza was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the store but I was put on hold and no one picked up for 5 minutes. I’m still hungry 😭

After waiting 10 minutes for the phone, they hung up on me. Calling for a never delivered Uber Eats order despite saying it was complete. Contacting cooperate, good luck

Pizza is good. Hot, as ordered and delicious but their delivery sucks. I mean they charge you $6.99 for delivery 5 minutes from their locations and when guy arrives, he asks you for tips making you feel awkward..

Food has not shown up after nearly an hour and half after ordering (estimated time was 30-49 minutes) , I’ve been waiting outside for roughly 40 minutes because the tracker said it was on its way and then said it had been delivered. Had to wait on hold for roughly 10 minutes before someone picked up. Someone there managed to get through to the driver who claimed they had been trying to call me, I do not have any missed calls. Manager said the driver was outside, which I said was impossible, because I am outside right now. Finally spoke to the driver and they said they be here in 9 minutes. 9 minutes turned into 20 minutes. Food was cold, driver didn’t say shit when he handed it to me.
I’m not one to leave shitty reviews on places, but this was absolutely ridiculous. If it wasn’t so late and I didn’t have plans (that had to be pushed back because I was waiting for the food) I would have just called and cancelled and demanded a refund
