Ordered two pizzas for my students online at 7am for 12pm same day delivery. At 12:20 no pizzas. Called the store, waited on hold for 15 minutes. The excuse was only one driver. Ask to speak to a manager to lodge a complaint. Put on hold for 20 + minutes before hanging up. At 1:00 pm the pizzas have still no arrived. Will this change things at Dominos at 1229 n Clybourn in Chicago? Probably not, but I will change and not order from Dominos again. Domino’s sucks!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered online for carryout and received a notification that my food was ready. 5 minutes after, I went in and they rudely said my food wasn’t done. I showed them proof that my order was ready and he shrugged and said nope not ready. We ended up waiting FOURTY FIVE minutes. After fourty five minutes of waiting, a different staff member said let me see the same on the order. He said oh this has been ready. My order had been on the counter the whole time. I waited fourty five minutes for nothing. The level of customer service and lack of care was absolutely ridiculous. Not only was this an inconvenience but it was just blatantly disrespectful. Absolutely appalled by the service here and will never be ordering again.

Do not order from here if you want delivery. It inevitably takes one to two hours. When asked why, “well we only have one delivery car.“ Hard to understand how many orders they’re probably losing from this. Seems like it would pay for a few more delivery cars.

This was one of the worst food ordering experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order through Uber Eats around 10 PM. The restaurant kept delaying the preparation for over an hour. By 11 PM, the food was still not ready. I was starving, exhausted from traveling, and had to cancel. With no refunds,No food, no apology, and no accountability.
This place has a 2.9 rating for a reason. Please believe the reviews. If you’re tired, hungry, or just want reliable service, do yourself a favor and stay away.

Why, for the love of god, would you make a pizza and then let it sit out for 45 minutes before you have a drive available to deliver it?
Any time Whisper is working my food comes out beautifully on time. She also has a phenomenal attitude and great customer service. She is the reason I choose to order from this location rather than the other one closer to me.

Ordered delivery last month, and it was delivered almost an hour after est. time of delivery.
I gave them a second chance... Since delivery was so late, I ordered curbside and the order tracker said 11-16 minutes. I arrived within that time, notified via the app, and ended up having to go in the store after waiting 20 minutes. The order was just sitting there... all they had to do was walk the order out to the car as expected. Definitely would not recommend ordering from them anymore. Extremely disappointed Domino's customer!
