Phenomenal experience. Top tier customer service from Juan Carlo and Miquel. Had the tasting menu (Nikkei and Peruvian) and every dish was so flavorful and unique. Definitely will be back to try their other dishes!

Kayao Restaurant offers a unique dining experience combining Peruvian, Japanese, and Chinese influences. The food is exceptional, with dishes such as short rib, chaufa with smoked duck, and tuna tiradito receiving high praise. Piscos sours are very tasty, and the sushi roll and ceviche were all so good. The short rib melts in your mouth. The service is outstanding, with knowledgeable staff happy to explain the food and make recommendations. The restaurant itself is super cute with both a great indoor and outdoor vibe. The ambiance is exquisite, making it a great choice for a night out.
