Such a cute, adorable little pub. The service was a bit slow but the good quality grub makes up for it. You can ask for a paper menu if you don't do QR codes. Pro-tip: do not order the Italian beef egg rolls.
A fun spot to go to with friends! We always sit outside and enjoy a beer bucket after our intermareal volleyball games and the servers are always able to accommodate our large group. The food is pretty good for bar food; the tater tots are my favorite. Declan's is a nice bar if you're in the Old Town area and want a cold drink and to watch a sports game or hang out with friends!

Its a nice, warm home-y bar in the corner. Lots of space and a wide selection of drink.What I liked most was the customer service. I got served by a bartender called Connor, who was very welcoming, very involved.I was the only black person in the bar, but he made me fit right in.I highly recommend this bar.
