“I love this American restaurant, the food is delicious, satisfying and enjoyable. I especially love the burgers and fries, they are freshly made and very authentic. In addition, the environment here is also very comfortable and spacious, which makes people feel very relaxed and happy. The waiters are also very friendly and welcoming, they always greet guests with a smile and provide many useful tips and recommendations. All in all, this is a very good American restaurant and I will come here often to enjoy the food and time.“

If you catch Santana who is a bartender there, he’s super friendly and knowledgeable- as is the whole staff. Modelo on Tap is also just an awesome homage to have for the community.“

“First time at Spiteful brewing and it was exactly what you might expect from an independent brewery. Good selection of beers, good location and it looks like they have a very nice outdoor seating area out front.

This day was not conducive to outdoor seating, but I imagine this is a great location during the summer months.“

“Gaslight Bar in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood isn't to be confused with the Gaslight Club at O'Hare Airport's Hilton Hotel or the old-style Gaslight Club in downtown Chicago. This Gaslight, located at 2450 North Clark Street, at West Arlington Place, is a neighborhood sports bar with three full bars, a year-round patio and a full and delicious menu. Open from 4 to 2 a.m. Monday through Friday, 10 to 3 a.m. on Saturday and 10 to 2 a.m. on Sunday, this is a space formerly occupied by Mickey's Bar & Patio. Since Gaslight Bar opened in 2014, it has become a popular go-to destination for folks who love to mix their sports with their palates. I showed up early for Game Day and started with chicken tenders with honey mustard, a bow of tomato basil soup with croutons and parmesan and Kale Caesar Salad with Kale, Romaine lettuce, parmesan, focaccia breadcrumbs and Caesar dressing. For a main event, I couldn't resist the house's best seller, a 4C Smash Burger, a double beef patty with American cheese, iceberg lettuce, pickles, red onion, dijon and ketchup. With house-seasoned French fries. Surely one of the best burgers in town.“

“The perfect bar, I fear. I can’t believe I have ANY pictures in this place because I’m always just talking to someone or playing pool or queueing up songs on the jukebox. There’s something about this place that you can’t really take a picture of: the people are always friendly and chill, you can tell it has a low staff turnover rate, the food is ALWAYS good. This is the kind of bar which would be the ultimate muse for a poet from the 1800s. My one drink photo is an espresso martini that was made with love, but know that they put just as much love into every beer they pour. It just isn’t as instagrammable.“

As someone from Taxco, I can truly say this place has 100% authentic Taxco flavor. The trompico is the best, the shrimp tacos are delicious, and the elote is amazing.

My favorite drinks are the guava margarita and the micheladas both are so good! I highly recommend this place. 🌮🍹“

No Duff's here, but there is always a better than average and sometimes exceptional tap lineup for beer geeks. But don't let the secret out that you can get the full BCBS experience here in the fall without the crowd.“

“My group of 7 ate here 5/31/25 during my Bachelorette party and everything was wonderful. I had made a reservation, but due to some train delays we were running late. The hostess called to verify we were still coming and pushed our reservation back to accommodate us. The appetizers we had were delicious (Kung pao cauliflower, pretzel bites, and the spinach and artichoke dip). Everyone loved their food and raved about the tater tots. Lol At the end a manager brought us over two complimentary skillet cookies and a round of champagne to toast. I have a friend who is sober and the manager went and got her a sparkling grapefuit without a second of hesitation. I truly appreciated all of it. There is a 3% service fee that they will remove if you ask. We had them remove the fee and left that money as more tip for the server. I will note that for our large party they can only split a check in two or have it all on one. The hostess that I spoke to originally did inform me of this when I made my reservation, but it is something to keep in mind.“

“Update: It's s probably been 2 or so years since I've been in. Was in the neighborhood and had to stop in for nostalgia. Service is just as good as I remember and the food is still top notch! Shrimp Po boy and the wings tasted like I remember. Love the addition of the On Trend: Fire : It Slaps cocktail menu.

Excellent craft beer selection beyond just IPA's. Food has been consistently solid for the 7+ years I've been coming here.“
