would give a 0 if i could i wasted 15 dollars riding a divy bike to the store under the assumption id get my pizza, i called the store and said i had credit she said thats fine and said it would be done in 15 minutes i got there right in time when it was finishing up i then showed them the credit and she said i had to go to a different store and that it was like stealing from the store, THE PIZZAS WERE ALREADY MADE i had credit, absolutely ridiculous she couldve just given me the pizzas and accepted the credit, i order here often but im never ordering again thats for sure

I made a pre-order on the app and it was cancelled. They didn't send emails, texts nor did they call to confirm cancellation or to make sure it was correct. I received two emails to confirm order but nothing else. When I went to pick up my order, that is when they told me it was cancelled. No explanation was given. No one knew what happened. First and last time ordering here.

I've read other reviews of this location expressing concern about lapses with regard to food handling protocols. I suggest these concerns are real and not being addressed.

This is the best Domino's in the city, maybe even the whole country. The food is always really fresh and well put together. I've never gotten the wrong item or had something be incorrect. There's a parking lot here, so it's easy to do pickup as well. Even if you're feeling like you don't really like Domino's, give this one a chance. They stack up well against a lot of the neighborhood pizza places.

This location isn’t great. Drivers are always double parked or taking up spaces for customers. Food isn’t ready even though the app says it is. When you’ve earned a free pizza and pick a different crust other locations don’t charge you, but this one does which feels like a scam.

I had an issue with a wrong order in my hood, Edgewater. 5 days non-stop 6-12 min wait on phone from open to close, people hung up on me!!!! I was on phone so long bounced to corporate out-sourced peeps! They took my name and number for my location and no one responded!!! Disputed charges, hoping it would garner a response-NOPE. I called Irving Park, spoke to "Kyle, the store manager" who apologized for them. and made an allowance during the "quiet lull before the rush to deliver!!! Imagine, someone who doesn't OWN but manages, that was willing not to say NO! it's not within my area!!! So, he made an exception and hand delivered!!! He was apologetic for some other irresponsible independent location!!! Which has numerous and similar complaints!!! Dominos help him get his OWN store!!!This is the kind of person that U want to represent!!!! My bro in law has 21+ Jet's Pizza's so. if Domino's doesn't recognize, we have people who appreciate leadership and customer service-HELLO!!!
