Disappointing. Uncooked donut today. Bought two boxes including an entire box of holes to take to an event and now im concerned about what I'm bringing as my donut was clearly not cooked inside.

There was a time when this place was good. I don't know what happened or if the recipes changed, but the vanilla glazed donut isn't the same. It's true Voodoo donuts has a bigger variety and better tasting donuts, but I used to love coming here because it was so simple and they also had tasty donuts.

It is a Chicago must. Huge, yummy doughnuts. It is small so when busy line is outside and everything is to go but we'll worth it.
This unpretentious shop might be easy to miss, but its doughnuts certainly aren't. They offer a bold taste at a very fair price. A huge presence in your mouth. Simply the best.

Delicious donuts and absolutely exceptional service. A donut tour we were supposed to take was unexpectedly cancelled, and the woman working at Doughnut Vault went above & beyond in how helpful she was — even though DV wasn’t the tour organizer. She even comped us donuts. Highly recommend this charming spot!

Some of the worst donuts I’ve ever had! These literally taste just like store-bought from a grocery store if I blindfolded you and had you taste a bite between this and a store-bought you would not be able to tell the difference
I feel like years ago these were better but wow this embarrassing how bad this is. The yeast raised donuts are thick and dense they’re supposed to be light and airy
