Customer service is horrible here lady in the front is so rude for no reason no patience at all for the customers and it’s always the same lady . Then you have another lady that always gets people orders wrong just horrible .

So far they passed my visual inspection. If the bathroom is clean, then you can assume the kitchen is clean. That’s a golden rule for all restaurants.
The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and I didn’t wait 5 minutes for my food.

Perhaps theyvshould have someone come and show the staff how the coffee is supposed to be made. I go an get a large coffee every morning and its NEVER made right. The color is off, its too strong and they never add the amount of cream and sugar i request. And dnt even think about asking them to remake it for you 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

I’ve never met someone so hateful and angry so early in the morning. Me and my wife wanted to get food and this person was soooo hateful towards us for just ordering food and they made no attempt to hide their dissatisfaction at serving us. They refused to give us their names or a receipt for our order the person was working at 650 am

I must hate myself to keep placing mobile orders at this location. I place an order. I have an order number and the proof on my phone that my order went through. I show up and look for my order. They say they do not have it, I confirm the location and provide my order number & name. Same thing everything time: they do not look at the computer or bother. I then need to leave to go to work and fight with customer service for my money back. Yes, I must hate myself but I just want a coffee treat sometimes

Usually like dunkin but the service at this location was absolutely terrible. This person is rude and careless. Could say they only have donuts in a nice respectful way not barking at customers. Also there was a homeless person outside attacking people walking by and the cashier didnt seem to care
