Usually like dunkin but the service at this location was absolutely terrible. This person is rude and careless. Could say they only have donuts in a nice respectful way not barking at customers. Also there was a homeless person outside attacking people walking by and the cashier didnt seem to care

The young Lady who was working today at 1:30pm does a very good job. She was taking my order and was very friendly, then she was preparing the food and everything was very nicely prepared and wrapped with care. Such details matter when dealing with customers.
If I could have removed a star that's what I would have done, but since I can't I'm putting one! Never in my life have I been looked at with so much contempt (and I still use the word weak). I felt worse than insulted. I said hello 3 times to the waitress and she didn't answer me. She looked at me in a condescending and insulting manner. I intended to buy something to eat but since we apparently weren't welcome, we left with nothing. I have never had an experience like this, how can you treat customers like this, I would say how can you treat human beings like that. It was Sunday September 8, 2024 between 12:40 p.m. and 1 p.m.

We stopped in for coffee and donuts after church this morning. I believe Shay was the person who took our order, the name was smeared so it might have been something else.. Shay's name may have reflected Shay's attitude today. No smile, no warmth there, neither were the dry donuts. On the upside, the coffee was very hot. We will avoid this place in the future. On leaving, also on the upside, we noticed Shay wiping down the equipment, keeping the counters clean. Maybe he just had a bad day today.

I paid for some food and then the man that was working told me that they doesn't have that food in the menu, the food is not good because he puts other ingredients for each food. The atmosphere is with music and it's so loud and it's annoying.
