I really want to like this place, but every time I go in, there’s an issue with my order. The staff is really polite and welcoming, but I can’t justify the additional prices anymore. $1.50 extra for a splash of oat milk in my coffee is outrageous. Bring your business to Perkolator down the street.

Ordered an iced coffee, bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and hash browns online. But they were out of bacon and hash browns. Even asked if they could substitute it for sausage and they were out of that too. So I got charged for all my food but didn't actually get any of it.

Went for an in store pick up order I did online. Should had only been maybe 15mins for everything at the most and I ended up waiting almost an hour. Had to repeat multiple times to who I believe was the manager my order. Show him what I had order via the app as well as the receipt that had what I ordered and still wasn’t convinced I placed an order for pick up. Once I open the bag the bagel wasn’t even toasted and barely had any cream cheese. All the food look rushed but took forever to be made. I understand systems may act up but no sort of apology nor any sympathy was shown. My coworker says this is the best Dunkin’ Donuts he goes to even goes out of his way from our job to pick up from here. This is one of the closest location from my home but I think I will go out of my way to go to another location after this experience.

Yes, they make food and serve drinks, but the service is poor and delivery is moronic. Instead of attending to guests and waiting pickup orders, they'll get lost on conversations of their own and openly curse across the establishment. You're better off waiting at the drive thru down Irving Park - they actually care about their job.

Don't waste your time nor money. Placed order online and when I got there I had to wait 15 minutes. My sourdough sandwich had 1 strip of bacon cut into 3 pieces and bread wasn't toasted.
