I don't blame the employees here for hating their job. Their employers don't care about them, they're underpaid, and exploited. It's the company's fault my order is delayed more than half an hour.

The bathroom was decently clean and was a single shooter which is always nice. However, the bathroom was heavily air conditioned meaning I was freezing for the duration of my stay. The toilet was quite low to the ground, and was also much to close to the neighboring wall. As well as this, the toilet paper dispenser only dispensed one ply, which I've previously stated is way to thin to wipe with. All in all the bathroom wasn't awful, but if there's another option, I would go there.

This location has very poor friendliness. The Cashier didn't even greet me and my friend when we came in. They are rude to you and give you dirty looks instead of speaking up. I thought they had took my order, but whole time I was standing there for nothing. My friend got what she ordered, but didn't take my order when I told her we were ordering together. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here. I just finally decided to speak up on this. Dunkin get you some new employees. Also, it was one very tall girl and a short girl that are rude and give you nasty looks. There was a guy all the way in the back doing nothing and this all happened around 3pm. This is the last time I'll ever be coming here again.

THIS BY FAR THE WORST DUNKIN IVE BEEN TOO I WORK NEAR BY AND THIS IS DISGUSTING, THE SAD THING IS I DONT EVEN HAVE THE TIME TO GO BACK AND GET MY REFUND BECAUSE IM ALREADY AT WORK SAD ISNT IT $3 for 10 munchkins, 5$ for wrap and uncooked hash browns then you find hair in the food when your really hungry in the morning take a bite I don't even have long hair I'm a guy this is completely unacceptable I will keep everything here wait til my lunch and go back for my refund never again you guys truly suck at this location feel bad for the Dunkin Corp

Brand new “Next Generation” Dunkin location by Midway Airport. Love it! Crew is friendly and fast. Drive thru has a digital menu board, you have to see it. Try the new on-the-go ordering feature on your Dunkin app and just go straight to the pickup area to grab your order. The new nitro coffee is smooth. The new espresso is better than the competition. I’m a fan of this new location, it’s easier and faster to get in and out. It’s also a “Green”
