the Dunkin on Ogden/Pulaski has flies in their doughnut cases. I was there this morning at 6:05a, I told them about the flies in their case and it was very noticeable because its so many and I was told, oh its ok they're just flies. Its ok to eat the food!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE. Im a resident of that community for over 40yrs. Ill NEVER eat anything from there again, I will tell everyone I know NEVER eat there snd the City of Chicago will be notified this morning!

They need to take Cordaryl off the register. He moves extremely slow! I had to repeat what I wanted 5 times ? They all move slow. Don't come here if you're in a rush and pressing for time.

Oh, come on, people. It's not that bad. Nothing like donuts in the morning! Came and picked up a dozen donuts. I recommend the long John, Boston cream, and the cornbread donut was creative and tasty! The cake batter iced latte was very sweet--get it without sugar and sweeten it yourself! There's parking in a private lot, and the service was quick and no-frills!
Extremely rude workers. Messed up my drink twice & gave me a size small when I paid for a medium. They never once apologized and had a very rude attitude saying they’re gonna remake it.

I tried to come and get me an iced coffee at about 5:50 pm and they close at 6pm & OF COURSE the person who was there didn’t want to take my order. Too busy closing up early when it was only literally 10 mins left!!!

So I walked in to get a Dark rose small coffee with liquid sugar cream and hazelnut I don't know what happened back there when I was prepare my coffee but when they gave it to me it was Room temperature it was not hot

Staff was great. Ordered a cappuccino blast. Both blenders were broken. They did not give up. They put the ingredients into some other machine and were able to fill my order. It tasted correct. The ice chunks were a tad big and got stuck in the straw. It was not to bad. Given the circumstances and the willingness to satisfy a customer I give the staff 5 star
