Angela works so extremely hard and deserves the recognition. Angela delivers concise and authentic service and is the only reason I continue to frequent this specific Dunkin location. Angela is the best!!!!

This has to be the worst Dunkin I've been to. Im not sure how you make ordering a coffee and a donut more complicated. There is always a line 5 deep with nobody stepping up to serve anyone...and when you do they ask you to detail our how much milk and sugar you want in your coffee (if I order a coffee milk and sugar every other Dunkin in the world just make it ..no more questions). The kiosks are overly complicated and slow everything down and they don't make simple coffee orders quickly to go...you get stuck behind the people ordering pumpkin lattes with oat milk.... The only upside is 50% of the time I just leave and save the calories.

Hi, wanted people know about my experience here. So, I work in the building. I have coffee everyday and Will not be going back to this location. Until, they hire a new person to work afternoon/evenings this person just recently got hired and very very slow and rude to add to it. They just remodeled and they hired this new person the other people were much better I will not be going back there even though it's convenient until they hire someone new or I will just find a new location to go to. Even though it's convenient for me since I work there in the building. It took this person 20 minutes to make a simple item and still did it wrong, and was rude about. I didn't even get my item so I was upset and I just left So, yeah sad and I seen a lot of other people frustrated also and this is my review my experience wanted to share it also this is not the first time with this new person it's been like five so I give up with this person at this point. I will not be using any names but, if you go there I'm sure you'll see if your order takes forever for one simple item smh and it's not even busy you'll know who it is shaking my head poor service. 👎

I don't know if this is a Dunkin problem or just this location, but heads up that they don't clean the steam wand (I think it's called) between drinks. I ordered an almond milk latte, and they prepared mine right after they made another latte with dairy. The wand had milk all over it. Avoid getting a latte here if your tummy doesn't like dairy.

I always buy a large mango-pineapple refresher and until today I pay attention to the price they have on their wall menu. I didn't realize that the price is 5.19 without any extra charge. Just the tax. Today I bought the same thing and I realized that they have been charging me 5.69. Fifty cents more than the regular price, at least I bought between 10 and 15 times that same product. I guess I'm not the only one who buys that drink. I tried to solve it with the girl who helped me and she only managed to show me the screen, but she did nothing to solve it. Please managers or owners check that. It is very unpleasant to realize that your clients are being robbed of their money.

WOW!! Best Dunkin on Earth!!!!!!!!! I have frequented this Dunkin for the past five years, and each experience has been DIVINE. Employees Beto, Yeseña (Jesse), and Anjou operate this shop like it's their own business. They know my drink before I order it, and they present it with a smile, always greeting me by name!! To remember my name amongst the sea of hundreds that they serve daily is absolutely flattering. The shop is lively with grand energy, always decorated for the holiday and always tuned with upbeat music. And the COFFEE!! Always piping hot and delicious. Thank you thank you thank you!! This shop deserves a big award for their perfection and greatness.

The young lady who worked today at 2pm is the best! My iced chai latte was made to perfection! It is a delicate drink to perfect bc it can have too much chai or very little. Great customer service from everyone ? Thank you! You are appreciated.
