I typically refrain from posting reviews; however, the subpar experience encountered during my recent visit compels me to do so. Accompanying a family member, I was dismayed by the level of customer service received. Upon receiving an incorrect order and subsequently inquiring about the possibility of rectifying the mistake, we were met with resistance from the individual who appeared to be the manager. She insinuated that the error was on our part for collecting the wrong order. After some time, the correct order was provided, but the overall experience was regrettable and marred by the staff's handling of the situation.

I ordered through the app and was looking forward to my coffee, croissant and snackin' bacon. I'm glad that I checked bag, because the order was completely wrong, even though the tag on the order was clear. I forgot check the coffee, I went back to work to enjoy and there was no sugar in the coffee whatsoever. I was disappointed because, I didn't have any random sugar laying around at work and I couldn't enjoy my complete order. I will give this location another chance, because everyone makes mistakes. Just remember, to take time and check your order before you leave.

I asked for a towel w/soap and water to clean the table Myself. Fat AZZ came over, wiped the table saying "You order 1 coffee and think you...." he wiped the table smearing coffee everywhere, nasty Spaniard. The atmosphere is not good when there is a disrespectful person who doesn't mind their business.
