Why are the women at the drive thru here so disgusting? Every time I go and they mess up the order they get mad at ME for THEIR mistake. How does that make sense? I don’t even get upset that they made a mistake,—everyone makes mistakes—but There’s no need to throw my change back at me and give me an attitude because YOU confused the orders. And stop trying to kick me out of the drive thru line when you haven’t even given me my complete order. I understand you need to keep the line moving but honey some items are missing. Then they act like they did nothing wrong and we get no apology.

I ordered a ice latte with cold foam. I went around 10 pm. The guy taking my order was a bigger guy with a beard, he was sooo rude! His language wasn’t every professional (no customer service voice). He handed me my coffee with no cold foam and I asked nicely if he could add it, but he replied with “ohhh my goddd brooo” then fixed his mistake. It was busy, the line was long I completely understand his frustration but the way he handled HIS MISTAKE was childish for being an adult.

I want to the store on Friday around 3clock in the morning I waiting 7 min no one come to the window to take my order I honk and honk 3 work come out of the bathroom day was smoking and one of the worker had white powder on his face...no one cares about the job I well be there to talked to the owner at his store on Thursday morning and calling the company manager..

I was with a friend, we walked in around 12:25pm and walked up to counter. The girl working the register looked at us and walked away. There was many employees and no one bothered to address us or help us, even the owner ignored us. We literally stood there for over five minutes with no one bothering to take our order. It’s clear to me not to visit this location again.

I cant speak for anyone else, but from my personal experience I think this location is super prejudice. I was ignored by their whole entire staff. They acted like they was busy when there was no other customers that needed assistance inside store or if someone was placing a drive through order. Staff giving dirty looks and showing signs of procrastination when it comes to assisting someone like me. However when it comes to other customers that came in the store that didn't look like me their whole demeanor changed.
