Hands down, my favorite Dunkin' in the city! The weekday morning crew are miracle workers and the drive-thru is always extremely fast. I go there almost daily or I don't bother on my way to work with other Dunkins -- It's just not the same! My coffee & food is always delicious. A special shout-out to all the crew the morning of Free Donut Day -- I was at the end of 12+ cars deep at 8:40am and I was out in less than 7 minutes. That has to be a record. TY for everything Dunkin' crew! A true gem.

Service is 20/5. My car got stuck (my battery died) while in the drive thru- and two brown boys came out and helped me. I didn’t catch their names, but they were so kind and helped me jump start my car! 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 I’m so grateful for others who are always willing to lend a helping hand.

Not only did they not get my order right, my cold latte wasn't made right and did not taste right at all and the same with my brother's Carmel coffee, he tastes no Carmel in it at all. He says, we're not going back to that location and u agree.

Very bad service, this is the second time I order a sandwich with egg and the egg is super cold!!! I have heard that they give very bad service. Obviously I had to return the sandwich. I hope the managers do something about it.

This place used to provide consistently good and quick service. Seems to have changed ownership and it shows. The service is bad, wait times are long, and the quality of drinks has diminished.

The staff doesn’t listen. They constantly get orders wrong. I repeat my order to them 1 billion times and they still get it wrong.

This location has horrible customer service, I went 10/22/24 around 8am. I don’t mind if it’s busy but the lady taking my order was extremely rude, first they are always out of food items and when I was looking at the menu she cut me off and did not let me order.

I am unsure what happened to my initial review of this establishment, but I decided to give their store another chance, the drive-through is always busy. Patience is essential in such situations. Upon entering the store, I noticed it was clean and well-organized. The lady who took my order provided good customer service. However, I was disappointed that they did not perform a quality check when I ordered my breakfast sandwich.

Not the best location I’ve been to but the customer service made up for it. I ordered on doordash & the order was all wrong. My sandwich had an item that I was allergic to on it.
I had to go into the location to get it rectified. The young woman behind the counter remade my sandwich & my drink. It was a bit of an inconvenience but she helped make it a bit better.

Service very poor at night, employee working does not make the mobile orders until you pull up to the screen and wait 5 minutes for a response. Then he will make your order. If you leave the app open and have location services enabled and the screen directs you the window, you'll wait at the window. He was not visible at all from the window.
