I stop by today for the first time, I asked for a regular croissant ham and chesse with bacon added, the sandwich, I said sandwich and the guy said no bacon just ham and cheese, I was confused so I asked at the window you don't have bacon anymore, they said yes so I was why can it be added to my sandwich? They keep saying that is not a sandwich, I didn't want to argue so I just let it alone. When I open it , they give me a croissant stuffer that already come prepared. That's not what I asked for, and no wounder, they keep saying it was not a sandwich.

I have visited this location frequently throughout the week. I usually order through the mobile app. When I arrive I am mostly greeted by name once i tell them I am here to pick up. The tram here does a phenomenal job with Speed of Service. They seem to run a ve4y efficient store. Haven't met one team member that wasn't courteous. They always are on the move. I want to give a special shout out to Rosa!! She is a fantastic manager. I usually see her in the mix of orchestrating her team to give out the highest standard of guest service. I even had an issue with a mobile order I placed. She listened & then proceeded to fix the issue at hand. She made sure I wasn't leaving unhappy. She is a great asset to this location. Shout out to this Dunkin for keeping me on the go. ☺️
