I have visited this location frequently throughout the week. I usually order through the mobile app. When I arrive I am mostly greeted by name once i tell them I am here to pick up. The tram here does a phenomenal job with Speed of Service. They seem to run a ve4y efficient store. Haven't met one team member that wasn't courteous. They always are on the move. I want to give a special shout out to Rosa!! She is a fantastic manager. I usually see her in the mix of orchestrating her team to give out the highest standard of guest service. I even had an issue with a mobile order I placed. She listened & then proceeded to fix the issue at hand. She made sure I wasn't leaving unhappy. She is a great asset to this location. Shout out to this Dunkin for keeping me on the go. ☺️

Even when I walked in to use the kiosk, an employee stepped away from their task to take my order face to face, which I always prefer. Also, workshop and studio is across the street at Mana Lofts and the DD coffee and pastries come in clutch on the long and late work nights.
