The staff member there was rude and condescending, but to the Caucasian customer behind me, she was hospitable. I’m sorry that you have to work a less-than-minimum wage job and need fake eyelashes and weave, but I didn’t cause you to mess up your life to where you treat customers poorly because this is the best you can do. And then eating while you prepare my order? Disgusting.

Rude and sarcastic staff. Decided to review after seeing them get angry at someone because another person ahead of them took their coffee.
They've gotten my order wrong and lied about it. They started to say something else when handing it to me, realized it wasn't what I ordered (without me saying) and then just said what I did order, hoping I wouldn't check before leaving.
The selection is also extremely limited because of space, and they're often out of things.

I ordered a donut and iced coffee. The iced coffee tasted almost black… I went back and asked for them to add more creamer and I added sugar with packets and it still tasted bad. Never came across this before at any other Dunkin’. I almost feel like they didn’t add creamer the second time I asked — won’t be stopping there again. My kid liked the donut just fine though. The staff really didn’t seem to care, there was no line yet I waited a few minutes for the employee to come to the register.

Ordered medium hot coffee + espresso and sugar. I got a black coffee with no espresso or sugar, worse than watered down gas station coffee. Waste of $5.50 +
Hardworking gals here get it done efficiently and when I had to wait, they gave me an extra treat. Now that's quality service.

Extremely slow service and poor staff coordination. I had a disappointing experience with a simple egg and cheese sandwich order taking 15-20 minutes. The staff showed a lack of coordination, and the employee i the front was super unhelpful when I inquired about the delay. At one point, the lady in the front said, I don't know why the order is taking so long, because I am not the one preparing it.Their process is inefficient , they have no sense of customer service and don't care about the customer's time either. I regretted choosing this particular Dunkin' Donuts location over others.

I ordered bagels and told the young lady which bagels I wanted. To my surprise when I git to work and opened the box, it appeared she gave me whatever they had available, instead of telling me they no longer had the bagels I requested. That sucked... Please check your order before you go leave the store. They also did not give me a cream cheese for each box of bagels I purchased. Kind of seems like they should have... Idk. Bagels are also a bit on the tough chewy side.
