Ham Swiss croissant was still ice cold in the middle. For the nearly $6 cost, the menu item is not worth it.

I ordered the avocado toast this morning and it tasted old. After the 2nd, bite I felt something funny and when I spat it out it was a big piece of plastic. Gross...I tried calling but the number did not work. Never eating there again barf!

Walked in to pick up my mobile order today to about 30 people waiting to put in orders and get orders. There was only 1 person running the whole place on a Saturday during chicago marathon weekend. Then after waiting 20 min for my mobile order of the 4 items I ordered the only thing in stock was my black coffee the other items where substitutes or replacements. Obviously I didn’t want to pay or eat items I didn’t order but then the 1 employee proceeds to tell me that he can’t give refunds and I have to come back another day for that. I usually have a pretty low bar for dunkin because it’s quick and easy. This might be the worst Dunkin’ in the country.

10 minutes for one drink. Asked the cashier how much longer for the drink because we had a train to catch in 5 minutes.
He got an attitude and scolded my friend and said she shouldn’t be ordering complicated drinks if we have a train to catch….We are literally inside of a train station. My friend ordered a Brown sugar shaken espresso no special instructions or anything “complicated” as he mentioned.
He finally finishes the drink and repeats a few more times that we shouldn’t buy coffee if we’re in a rush. We were in line for about 15 minutes. considering we just ordered two drinks, we got in line and ordered with plenty of time. However the girl with the Red hair kept stopping to look at her phone and text. We just got my friends drink and walked away.

There were only two employees, one older man and a young woman. My coffee and food has never tasted better! More staff would make their jobs easier, but these two employees worked extremely hard and well.

Terrible service. You feel rushed and like you're an inconvenience to the staff if you take too much time. The food is thrown together and sometimes even thrown at you. I forgot a bag of food and when I came back to ask for it the lady literally threw the bag on the counter in front of me and gave me a dirty look. I get that it's a busy place because people are coming and going but that doesn't give the staff the right to treat people like garbage. If you don't like your job go do something else!

On 7/27/25 at 8:00 am in chicago union station the dunkin donuts service was terrible the female worker put my drink on the counter and said heres your drink and didnt give me a straw the mLe worker i asked for strawberry dragon fruit refresher and it was just strawberry. I didnt get their names because neither had a name tag. I will never go to dunkin again and will only go to starbucks. My sister asked for sugar packets and the female threw them on the counter like she did my drink.

Hispanic female with red dyed hair is rude and should not be working customer service at all and the Hispanic male wasn’t any better drink was sloppy, mini bagels were burnt, no napkin given and when I asked for some sugar packets she ignored me the first time then threw 2 packets on the counter I will not be wasting money for garbage service, drinks, and food and I would have taken it all back but didn’t want to miss my train - if you don’t like or can’t do your job right don’t work and management should have proper people working not just bodies to cover a shift

I have been to this location a few times and the first few times it was fine, but the last couple times the service has been bad. A few weeks ago I stopped by and got a refresher, paid for it and waited. About 10 people behind me all got their drinks and I was a till waiting for it. I asked if it was ready and they said they didn't have the order for it, until the cashier that took my order came up and asked why my order wasn't ready yet. Finally after about 10 mins of waiting for it it came out. We'll today I had enough. I ordered a cookie late, and an they called out an order for caramel and oat, which was not my drink. The woman behind me was still waiting for her food, when the guy behind the counter asked what I was waiting for. I told him I had a cookie latte with oatmilk, and that the one on the counter was a caramel with oat. He said that it was my order which I told him no it was not. Then the other employee from the back and came over and said it was mine, evwn though she wasnt there initially when it all began. The older cashier came over and then said that the girl who ordered it wasnt there anymore.. The man then began to raise his voice at me telling me that the lady after me probably took my drink because she had a caramel latte, which was not true because i saw that woman take the drink directly from the mans had a few mins prior. The woman that was next to me, who was still waiting for her food, was like no I took my own. Needless to say they clearly were not going to make it again and just turned their backs on me and I took the drink. When I got to the office I took a sip of the coffee and sure enough its caramel.. I know and understand they are busy and have a ton of orders to keep track of but dont gaslight your customers into orders they didn't get because your too lazy to make it. Especially when there was only like 5 people including myself waiting for drinks...

Edit: i now have really bad stomach pain as I am lactose intolerant and the drink didn't have oatmilk..

I ordered hashbrowns and received 4 little, hard as rock hashbrowns. They were so salty they wernt edible. Dont recommend ordering food here. The coffee was fine!

Went here to dunkin during my trip and the cashier automatically added a $3 tip from the card reader before I could even say anything or that I didn't want to tip that much or at all, the cashier's attitude sucked too. No cashier should be able to automatically add a tip charge without permission from the customer. I'll know better than give them any business again when I travel to this train station, and they didn't give me all my bagel minis either, only two when there's supposed to have three in an order.. customer service sucks in this train station.

My drink was made wrong the first time, lady was rude and then made my drink the second time and it was completely trash waste of money. Honestly will never come back there, So please everyone save your time and money and go to a different location.
