I ordered bagels and told the young lady which bagels I wanted. To my surprise when I git to work and opened the box, it appeared she gave me whatever they had available, instead of telling me they no longer had the bagels I requested. That sucked... Please check your order before you go leave the store. They also did not give me a cream cheese for each box of bagels I purchased. Kind of seems like they should have... Idk. Bagels are also a bit on the tough chewy side.
Mentioning you have to change filters before making a customer’s drink is very strange. It’s evident why the drink was terrible with debris at the bottom. (I walkedIn to have this fixed and the staffing during 8:30am did much better!)
Good ice coffee, and the donuts were fresh. It was busy, but the staff was still friendly and pushing out orders correctly. I will always go back to any coffee shop, as long as you make my coffee order correctly! ???☕️❤️
