There were only two employees, one older man and a young woman. My coffee and food has never tasted better! More staff would make their jobs easier, but these two employees worked extremely hard and well.
Stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts before my train ride, and I had a great experience! Even though it was later in the day, they still had a nice variety of fresh donuts to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful, answering all my questions and even going the extra mile to make what I wanted—even though it wasn’t a traditional menu item. That kind of service makes all the difference! Plus, my coffee was perfect and just what I needed for my trip. Definitely...
I ordered bagels and told the young lady which bagels I wanted. To my surprise when I git to work and opened the box, it appeared she gave me whatever they had available, instead of telling me they no longer had the bagels I requested. That sucked... Please check your order before you go leave the store. They also did not give me a cream cheese for each box of bagels I purchased. Kind of seems like they should have... Idk. Bagels are also a bit on the tough chewy side.
