This place was as busy as any other Chick-fil-A, but only at the drive-through. So we ate inside both times we were there.
I must say that the staff was super nice, the place is clean, and the food is served fast, and it is exactly the same as at any other Chick-fil-A.

Kamarjay gave great customer service he saw me and walked right up to assist. Told me about the specials. Great experience got my food pretty fast fresh and hot. I will be back. Thanks so much Kamarjay for a great experience!

Chick-fil-A, located in Chicago Union Station, offers great salads and chicken sandwiches. The staff is friendly, despite being busy at times. The hash browns are fresh and delicious, and the service is quick and efficient. The food is still great quality. The team isn't too focused on customer service to be honest, but there are diamonds in the rough here such as Aries who provides fantastic service. Lasha is a phenomenal team member. She was so patient and kind. She helped secure nourishment and make it to the train on time. They do a great job in a very busy and stressful environment.
