Did not open on time and the person there hid in the back instead of opening. Result no coffee for our 6 hr train ride that canceled the food service
Horrible experience here!!!!
The cashier (a guy) was extremely rude and acted like I was wasting his time by having him do the job he is getting paid for. Worst dunkin I have been to. He was also yelling at the other employees in front of everyone who was in line. Just a horrible experience, and I saw him do the same thing to other customers as I waited for my coffee, really unbelievable.
Ham Swiss croissant was still ice cold in the middle. For the nearly $6 cost, the menu item is not worth it.

Dunkin' serves chewy bagels that may not always match your order, so be sure to check. Some customers had drinks with debris, but the staff fixed it promptly. However, there were issues with matcha orders being mistaken for mocha, resulting in excess powder at the bottom. Despite these hiccups, Dunkin' could improve by paying more attention to customer orders to ensure a better overall experience.
