Mentioning you have to change filters before making a customer’s drink is very strange. It’s evident why the drink was terrible with debris at the bottom. (I walkedIn to have this fixed and the staffing during 8:30am did much better!)
I would give this more stars, but the gal at the counter misheard my matcha order as mocha (which I can understand), and the other lady who made my order was pissed off that I corrected it and she had to remake my matcha that she left tons of matcha powder in the bottom and on the sides. Overall the drink wasn't very good just because of the excess powder not mixed up.

I ordered bagels and told the young lady which bagels I wanted. To my surprise when I git to work and opened the box, it appeared she gave me whatever they had available, instead of telling me they no longer had the bagels I requested. That sucked... Please check your order before you go leave the store. They also did not give me a cream cheese for each box of bagels I purchased. Kind of seems like they should have... Idk. Bagels are also a bit on the tough chewy side.
