Potbelly, located conveniently near Union Station, offers a variety of customizable sandwiches like the Mediterranean Chicken Sub and salads. Despite the busy lunch rush, the customer service is excellent. One customer even orders 20+ sandwiches for office lunches and appreciates the staff remembering their preferences. They enjoy dissecting and customizing the salads, adding extras for a vegan option. Overall, Potbelly is a great spot for delicious sandwiches and salads, with friendly service and a convenient location.
