I don't like it at all two times I've been there I saw the manager shanice Cabrera spitting somebody's coffee plus I saw her putting all the donkin donuts cups in her purse so there b stilling and spitting coffee they need to get that manager out

Ask for a couple scoops of jamocha coffee ice cream and was told they didn't have it . I went over to the ice cream case and there it was clearly labeled. I said I'll have jamocha ice cream and they said no that's something else when I clearly know what it is. I got two scoops and also asked for a jamocha milkshake and was told they didn't have the stuff to make it. I asked for a couple scoops of pistachio ice cream instead of the milkshake and was told the ice cream is Frozen. I thought that's what ice cream is? Needless to say this was a terrible experience.
