Just avoid this place at all costs. The location is horrendous, prices are higher than all other Dunkin’s and the cashier constantly tells everyone to order at the kiosk when the register is open….

I was ordering while cashier/manager was texting on her phone I kinda already knew she was going to get my order wrong and it happened when I go to tell her my order is wrong she tells me I didn’t ask for that like how you gonna tell me I didn’t ask for that when whole time she wasn’t even listening to me she was busy on her phone plus food is always burnt ALWAYS

We had an order within couple of items and they gave me one thing only waited for a while and asked for the rest and they were like ohh is there behind the counter. My late was cold. Not a good service and the hashbrowns were all squish not done well.

Dunkin lately has been unable to get it right no matter what. Two young black guys with ZERO customer service. If you’re not going to train them, don’t hire them. No thank you not even a greeting actually. Just pointless.

I have tried ordering here a few times most of the time the orders get canceled but the 2 times I have received food from here it has been very very wrong. Thectist time my milkshake was just chunks of ice and almost no ice cream. 2nd time I just got ice cream instead of a milkshake. The staff doesn't care about what they put out
