This place is a hit or miss. I got a sweet cold foam cold brew yesterday and it was great. Today, I got one with a hair in it. Way at the bottom. It’s not ON the cup, it’s INSIDE.

I'm a Livery driver and I've been doing it for 10 years, so my morning bfast always consists of McDonald's or Dunkin. I've been to a lot of Dunkin's and sometimes the egg and cheese wake up wraps can be hit or miss. Cheese not melted, soggy tortilla, cold egg etc. The wake up wraps at this dunkin were perfectly warm, the cheese was melted and my plain bagel Bites were still warm when I bit into them. Perfection.

This location is incredibly hit or miss on the coffee. The food is ALWAYS stale & old, no matter what it is, the day or the time. Got a large shaken espresso for $7 and got about 3 sips, the ENTIRE cup was pure ice. Hashbrowns were not only stale but burnt, and the donut was also hard as a rock. Location is convenient to pick up on my way to work, but I have been a Dunkin girl for 10years, and I am typically disappointed here. 😞

The older Indian man with glasses is extremely rude & unprofessional. He never makes the drinks correctly, no matter what I order hot or cold he always rushes to make it wrong. Placed order online he told me to get my refund online! I wouldn’t recommend going here it’s just close to my job. The tables here are always dirty as well so I can never sit & enjoy. The number on receipt doesn’t work at all so no help when they continually offer terrible service

These past days that I had visited this location, the manager Sabina was screaming at the employees (really screaming) that I felt sorry for them. When I confronted her , she got so frustrated that she screamed at me too, alleging she was the Boss and telling me to "go ,go out of my store." What kind of leader do you have leading tour store? I hope the employees run away from this crazy lady . You lost a fateful and loyal customer..
