How did I never go here when I lived in Bronzeville and Algonquin?????
This place is AMAZING!!!!!
We love going to Andy’s whenever we’re in Chicago. The music is always great and it’s a really fun experience.

Andy's Jazz Club & Restaurant continues to provide an exceptional jazz experience, combining world-class music with excellent service and delicious food. The intimate listening room atmosphere allows for a uniquely personal experience, with top-notch musicians performing live every night. The menu features standout dishes, including the impressive New York strip steak, and the food is often described as better than expected and very tasty. Many visitors have enjoyed the warm apple pie/tart, risotto, and sorbet, which add to the memorable dining experience. The staff is pleasant and attentive, making sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The decor includes pictures of famous jazz stars and maintains an elegant and clean ambiance. The live performances are consistently amazing, creating a vibrant yet cozy setting.
The drinks are praised as strong, and the atmosphere is comfortable for all, with some guests noting that it's not too stiff. Guests have noted that the bands are always talented, providing excellent shows. While some guests expressed disappointment with the IPA and sparkling wine choices, many have enjoyed the pasta dishes and the skillet cookie dessert, which could use some ice cream. The modest space can be hard on the ears in a short time, but using protective earplugs still allows guests to enjoy the music. The $20 cover charge at the door, with or without a reservation, is considered well worth it for the overall dining and listening experience.
