The employees are always very nice and my drinks are consistent. I will say that I recommend to order in person but that doesn’t take too much time. I also see many reviews about rudeness from the employees and from my experience as long as you’re a decent human being and treat them with respect you’ll get the same.

Ezra, Johnathan and Bridgette are the best !!! They always know what I want when I come into the store ! They’re always polite greeting me and my dog Nino . The service here is awesome they get you in and out if you’re literally RUNning on Dunkin.

The atmosphere in this Dunkin was so clean and so open to the customers the customers being taken care of at this Dunkin is definitely unmatched and should not go unnoticed 🔥🔥🔥. I was Greeted at the door for the refresher drink it was very good and the lead manager or person in front name Jonathan Has the best customer service skills and making people feel welcome and good about spending money at Dunkin he was great from helping me and helping everyone else he is very kind and professional and proud with his work and greeting and saying have a great day when everyone leaves he should be definitely appreciate for his great business and great up keep of the business and the employees I enjoyed this Dunkin trip and will be back thank you ☺️🔥🎉

I visited regularly during my ten day stay and found the place to be very welcoming. The drinks were normal Dunkin quality. The tables were wiped and napkins, etc stocked. One employee remembered me and asked about my day. Two things that surprised me not in a good way: they charge $.50 for light ice and $1 for no ice. As a regular Dunkineer who doesn’t like watered down coffee, I can say that that was a first. And WHO does that? That is a BS thing to do. Second, the music when played was super loud. Now I gotta say that the music selection was terrific, but I came to a coffee shop not a dance hall. My two cents.

Stopped by today, didn’t order anything (brokeass) I just needed a place to charge my phone while I waited for an appointment I had at 3pm. The employees are such a vibe haha shout out to whoever had me singing along to Faith Evans and to the 🌈 ✨ employee who greeted every customer who walked in and suggested they download the app to save $$

The guy at the front desk was real rude.I had no idea that you had to have the app for the $3 refresher. I don’t even drink Dunkin that often. When I asked for LIGHT ICE, he tried to charge me 50 cent for it. I thought he was playing at first. He was not because when I said “REALLY”, he said “REALLY”. All he had to do was take out some ice.
