This is clearly the worst location to order delivery food. I ordered a plain bagel with garden veggie cream cheese and everything bagel with garden veggie cream cheese both bagels did not come with cream cheese. I pay extra for cream cheese if that’s the case they should have put that onto my bagel but they didn’t. Avoid this place and I’ll never order from them ever again.

I was excited to return to Dunkin' Donuts for the first time in three years after moving away. Upon walking in, I was disappointed to see the staff moving slowly in processing orders. I waited more than 15 minutes to get to the front of the line, which was a stark contrast to the fast service I remembered. The staff member who took my order seemed distracted, not only by the music in their AirPods but also by 'more important' mobile orders.
I asked for 10 Munchkins (2 glazed, 2 old-fashioned, and 6 chocolate)—a very simple request, in my opinion. However, the staff didn't seem to listen and hastily grabbed the Munchkins without care, giving me 7 glazed, 2 chocolate, and 1 old-fashioned. I couldn't get my order corrected because the staff immediately walked away, acting indifferent. I also noticed another customer receiving an incorrect order before me.
Dunkin' Donuts disappointed me greatly today, and I won't be coming back. I'll take my business to a donut store that gets my order right and makes it with quality. The glazed donuts I received instead of the chocolate ones I asked for were bland and tasteless.

Went to order a drink and saw your employee ( i believe the name tag said Tresh) being extremely rude to a foreigner client who was just trying to order a drink. The man was so embarrassed and she was yelling at him. Check your cameras and please provide better training to your employees.

The lady was doing cleaning, wiping floors and she didn't wash her hands; jumped to serving our coffee. I went to the guy and asked for another lid, and she again jumped to "help" and touched my new lid again. I had to throw away my coffee!!!
