Went to get a ice coffee and it was made perfect thank you Jessica who is the manager keep up the wonderful work
Stopped here to get a quick breakfast and the lady at the front desk was great. Had all the positive attitude you need before your coffee, she made sure we were aware of the app to get our rewards. Will definitely be back.
They get your order wrong, and when you correct them they get mad

Since the change of management, they only serve hot water with sugar.

Worst service, young girls and boys never paid attention to the customers they just talking. If they can do their job properly don’t go to work .
Too many people because it takes too long to place and order and pick up order. No point of ordering ahead since they take too long, when you arrive you still need to wait longer to have it. and so slow to do it.

Don't have nothing negative to say on this place. I stop here a lot. I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes most of the time.

Long waits they don't even acknowledge you and your waiting till their online orders are done apparently... me and another customer just walked out. The cashier was clearly in a bad mood as well.

Love this location. The Employees are Great,Bagels w/cream cheese are just to my liking and the LG Hot Caramel Swirl w/only cream are on point. Definitely My New Favorite location.

me and family were sitting down drinking what we ordered for about 30minutes. We wanted to wash our hands and asked to use the bathroom. the worker with blue/green hair insisted someone was in there even though we were sat right next to the restroom. we asked if she could open after telling her we saw no one go in and let her know it was locked. she kept saying she won’t open it and was very passive aggressive. Working at Dunkin before, I know the job can be stressful, but no one provoked the worker to be rude and condescending. After handing us the key, she continued to be passive aggressive and even joked about calling the cops, all over us asking to have the restroom door unlocked.
