200th review and the only one that matters. 10/10 coffee made it perfect. Large iced coffee 3 creams 3 sugars. Made in 20 seconds and it's perfect! Atmosphere gets a bash cause they offer "free samples" which are loaded hash browns that have been sitting out for ours and doughnuts with bite marks all over them! 🤮. Otherwise solid. Just get rid of those free samples. Unless you want the homeless running rampent in your store than leave it in! Anyways that's a review!

Never open on time latte machine is down more than McDonald's ice cream machine employees never get the orders right always new faces here management must suck. Waited once for 15 minutes for them to tell me something is wrong with the machine, and another 10 for a refund cus they dont know how to work their own registers.

This has to be one of the slowest locations ever not due to being busy but due to talking and being in their phones or jumping from one order to the next before finishing previous order, plus employees make drinks wrong every other time. The cashier was impatient and snappy. She was a bit upset that I ordered a sandwich after completing my coffee order??♀️oops my bad.
For some reason, the employees always seem to “forget” to add the syrup to the iced coffee and assume we are just not going to notice.
They probably tend to forget people come to get coffee before or sometimes between breaks so we can't just happily walk ourselfs back to get it fixed.
But it just happens way more often than it should

SKIP IT! The place was DIRTY the staff were rude beyond belief, and to top it off, they managed to mess up my order. But the cherry on top? There was ACTUAL TRASH in my coffee. Absolutely disgusting. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this dump at all costs.
