I went to this location for the first time this morning. Bad idea , this is a really bad place if you want to start your day with a delicious breakfast. The staff are really slow , I am not sure if they know the are running a fast food restaurant , specifically in the morning , you need to get to work on time , my sandwich was made for a lady who was mad 😠 , the bread was overcooked and the meat was still cold 🥶 , my coffee was too sweet and had sone coffee residue on it 😝 I will never going back .

I came in waiting for a long time only to find out that 3 people are working on 1 order. Then I was shown some nasty attitude because I'm not acclimated to their new payment methods. I kindly asked for my coffee to be stirred, but they gave some nasty look.

Terrible service. No employees available either. Probably worst Dunkin. Every day of the week nonexistent service. One time actually waited and it was a full 20 min with people ahead and behind waiting for their orders. You will be late of you wait.

Poor service ignored by cashier while having a conversation with another customer making me late for work when I got my food it was cold The coffee that I ordered barely had any sugar in it even though I asked for a French vanilla heavy sugar if I wasn't running late for work I would have turned around and asked for my money back

Don’t buy Iced Matcha Latte from here unless you want something that looks and tastes like a combination of milk and water. I told the man who is working today 10/6/25 @10:00am about the issue. But if he’s not screwing us on purpose to maximize profits, he doesn’t understand that the quantities that are used in a Small cup are different from a Medium one or large respectively.
Ordering food takes forever. Lady at the microwaves is just on her airpod talking on the phone. She took so long that the person behind me #9386 left because she took so long. My number was #9394 and she released food for #9396 before mine came out. Manager had to come to the front and ask what's wrong.
Could be new staffing, maybe not their fault. But if you're trying to get in-and-out, this isn't the place.
On top of that the bagel was burnt cause she left it in the toaster too long.

I went in at 6am to order but the 2 employees were chatting amongst themselves and didn't take my order. When I called them, they glared at me and came and took my order. They made and delivered the orders of those who came after me but they made me wait there on purpose. This situation bothered me a lot. I won't just write here. I will complain about you everywhere.

For $6.04 I ordered a medium iced matcha with less ice. I just filled an 8 oz cup with the amount of ice they put in my cup. The ice overflowed! No joke, I had 3 gulps and the entire drink was gone. Genuinely not ordering here again. The service is inadequate and Dunkin’ seems to keep them understaffed

Employees along with the manager are full of laughs and jokes, employees always on their phone, never can get your order right, you will have to ask for your order even when you placed your order before others, waiting 25 to 30minutes for an order is ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location.
